One week to go!
Well, it seems we are ON THE HOME STRETCH! Only ONE MORE WEEK until the 2021 Thomas Point Bluegrass Festival, and we could NOT be any more excited! Prior to kicking off the festivities, we would like to mention a few short points.
Ticket Availability
As many of you know, we quickly sold out of our last public block of Multi-Day tickets, shortly after opening them on August 5th/6th (that was a fun night, by the way). This means we do not have ANY more Multi-Day Tickets available for the public, either on-line, or at the gate. There are a number of Private Multi-Day Tickets that we are reserving for a number of old-time fans that were unable to purchase tickets online, but that is the last of them. If we find that there are any that do not get used, we will announce them on Facebook for purchase at the gate only.
What DO We Have Available?
Well, we still have Single-Day tickets available online, and will be making those available at the gate as well. These are limited, but we do have quite a few for a few of the days, so please be gentle to our server… 😉
We will also be able to offer Multi-Day to Multi-Day Ticket upgrades at the gate, as well as Early-Bird Camping upgrades. If you have a 2 or 3-day ticket and would like to upgrade it, or Early-Bird Camping that you would like to upgrade, simply arrive at the gate on the date you would like to upgrade it to, and we will take care of it for you at that time!
Any Covid-19 Changes?
Nope. We do not have any changes to our Covid-19 Protocols since the last time we reported on them: We are and will continue to follow Local, State, and Federal Government protocols, and do not intend to impose any additional protocols beyond these requirements. As a fully outdoor festival, we are proceeding with caution.
Should you choose to wear a mask, please do. We ask those who are unvaccinated to wear a mask in the two indoor areas on property (the restrooms and the Main Lodge) and the CDC now recommends vaccinated people do the same if they are unable to maintain a safe distance. Please wash your hands often and thoroughly and take advantage of hand sanitizer.
Please respect others, their comfort levels, their wishes, and their space. We are still allowing the sharing of chairs left in the spectating area, like festivals past. If you have concerns about this, please be sure to remove your chairs as you leave.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting our venue, you assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
If you develop a fever, cough, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, difficulty breathing, headache, or diarrhea with any of these symptoms, please isolate immediately and visit a testing center. Testing is available at Walgreens Drive Thru in Topsham and Bath, or Convenient MD Urgent Care right across from Cumberland Farms. (https://convenientmd.com/covid-19-testing/)
If you have had a known exposure to COVID-19, or begin experiencing any symptoms, please do not attend, and seek testing immediately. Be kind, be patient, don’t lick your neighbors.
Pretty standard stuff. 😉
